Registered Nurse

Job Description:

Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Sudbury ON. As a full-time permanent employee you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes or in a healthcare facility

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for each client

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor and document clients progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

- Educate clients and their families on health management and disease prevention

- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and care provided

- Adhere to all company policies procedures and standards of care

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the province of Ontario

- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferably in home care or a healthcare facility

- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
