Non-Emergency Patient Transfer - Lead Hand - York Region

Voyago is currently recruiting for Patient Transfer Lead Hand in Gormley, Ontario!

Primary Responsibilities

As a Lead Hand you will be responsible for directing and giving instruction to attendants as they perform specific runs. Complete reports per assessment or as directed by Operations Manager / Supervisor. Ensuring all attendants follow proper procedures as outlined by PTS Policies and Procedures Manual. Maintaining proper inventory levels.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications that include, but are not limited to, the following :

• You have experience within Non-Urgent Patient Transfer industry.
• You have current Advanced First Aid & CPR Certification and EFR Certification or equivalent.
• You have excellent, strong proven customer service experience.
• You have professional telephone manner.

You have exceptional Time and Stress Management skills.
