This Accounting Manager Position Features :

As the Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and analyses.
  • Manage budgeting processes and ensure financial data accuracy.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis to support business operations and strategic planning.
  • Supervise a team of accounting professionals.

    • Experience :

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software; strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • 3 years Sage or SAP experience
