The Role :

We are seeking a Sales Associate for our Bramalea location! Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada, where you'll enhance your customer service skills and gain valuable experience in the fashion industry. The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and supporting the success of the JD Sports team.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting room areas.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and positively in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on our products and services.
• Engage with customers about culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.
