Job Overview :

IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper (Healthcare) to manage day-to-day accounting and financial record-keeping for our hospital and healthcare operations in Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bookkeeping, healthcare accounting, financial reconciliation, payroll support, and compliance with Canadian accounting standards .

This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate general ledger and bookkeeping records
• Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
• Support payroll processing and statutory deductions
• Maintain financial data in accounting software and ERP systems
• Ensure compliance with hospital finance policies and healthcare regulations
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and healthcare-related information
• Collaborate with finance, administration, and healthcare management teams
