Description de postePerforming general labour duties within the shop. Organizing equipment and supplies. Loading and unloading equipment. Organizing and maintaining yard. Installing safety fences and railings. Identifying appropriate tools for necessary tasks. Handling all power tools. Identifying and reporting hazardous or unsafe areas. Supporting inventory management and organization of parts and materials. Using basic computer programs to catalog and track inventory. Maintaining cleanliness in the yard. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations. Utilizing computer systems for data entry, inventory tracking, and parts management. Previous experience working as a labourer in a shop setting. Strong computer skills including data entry, inventory management, familiarity with parts person programs. Excellent soft skills : personable, approachable, ability to work well with others, strong organizational skills. Construction experience – 1 year (preferred). Driving licence (required). Experience operating a Skidsteer or Zoom Boom (preferred but not required).
