Senior Business Intelligence Performance Analyst (13 Month Contract)

Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit including GO Expansion Light Rail Transit routes and major expansions to Torontos subway system to get people where they need to go better faster and easier. The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Performance Analyst strengthens the trust usability and accountability of operational data used across GO Transit and UP Express. This role leads day-to-day governance for priority operational domains by partnering with Data Owners Stewards and IT teams to define data products standardize definitions establish data quality controls and run issue management through to resolution. The analyst also enables governed self-service reporting (Power BI) and automation (Power Platform) using structured problem solving to deliver measurable improvements in safety service reliability and decision-making.
