Senior Supply Chain Manager

Hartmann North America is a leading manufacturer of sustainable molded fiber egg packaging serving major customers across North America. As part of our continued growth and long-term leadership planning, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to join our team in Brantford, Ontario.

This role is positioned as a key succession opportunity, offering exposure to senior leadership and the ability to shape supply chain strategy during a period of expansion and operational transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain execution across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer service
• Drive inventory optimization while maintaining high service levels
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and Finance to support capacity expansion and manufacturing performance
• Identify supply chain risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies
• Lead, develop, and manage multi-functional supply chain teams
• Drive continuous improvement through data, KPIs, and best-practice initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing
• Proven experience leading multi-functional teams
• Strong background in planning, logistics, and customer service
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills
