The Role
We have partnered with a well-established consumer products organization that has been designing and distributing high-quality home and lifestyle products across Canada and the U.S. for decades. Due to growth, they are adding a newly created Bilingual Inside Sales Representative role to their Milton-based team.
This is a sales-hunter-meets-consultative position, ideal for someone who understands manufacturing and consumer packaged goods and knows how to sell into retail environments. You’ll manage the full sales cycle while acting as a trusted partner to retailers nationwide.
The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week in the Milton office, with the remainder remote.

Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business across CanadaBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners using a consultative, solution-based approachIdentify growth opportunities within assigned territories and existing accountsAct as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retail customersNegotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with retailersCollaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Sales Coordination teams to ensure seamless order executionMaintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and sales activity within the CRMSupport administrative sales tasks including SKU setup, order entry, and follow-ups as requiredRequirements
Bilingual in French and English (required)3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or home lifestyle productsProven experience selling to small-to-medium retailersStrong prospecting and relationship-building skillsComfortable negotiating terms and managing follow-ups1–2+ years of CRM experienceHighly organized with strong time-management and attention to detail#INDSTRIVEON
