Project Manager

Overview

Position Summary :

The Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time within scope and within budget. This role requires strong leadership communication and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives align with business goals.

Location : Within GTA Canada

Status : Full-Time OR Contract

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects defining scope goals deliverables and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation budgeting risk management and quality control.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless project execution.
• Monitor and track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques; report on milestones and deliverables.
• Manage changes to the project scope schedule and costs using standard change management processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels providing regular updates on status challenges and outcomes.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for management on performance lessons learned and process improvements.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications Skills & Experience :

Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration Engineering or related field.

Minimum 35 years of project management experience preferably in industry or domain.

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency with project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello Jira Smartsheet).
