Location : Burlington

Schedule : DAYS- early start 6am

Pay Rate : 19.00 up to 20.00 an hour

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Light Assembly Associates to join our team. In this role, you will assemble small components, perform basic quality checks, and help ensure products meet company standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble small parts or components following instructions

Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality

Package and label finished products

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Meet daily production goals

Follow safety and company procedures

Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Basic math and counting skills

Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Repetitive hand and wrist movements

Standing or sitting for long periods
