Manpower is currently recruiting Shipper / Receiver and Blender Operator candidates for an opportunity with a well-established organization operating within a chemical manufacturing and distribution facility .

Positions Available :

  • Shipper / Receiver
  • Blender Operator

General Requirements (Applicable to Both Roles) :

  • Comfortable working in a chemical facility environment
  • Strong commitment to safety , policies, and procedures
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Physically capable of performing job-related tasks
  • Willingness to wear required PPE at all times (provided by the client)
  • Training will be provided, with safety and compliance as a top priority

    • Shipper / Receiver – Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

  • Perform shipping and receiving operations accurately and efficiently
  • Load, unload, and move materials using a forklift (mandatory)
  • Handle chemical products in accordance with safety standards
  • Prepare shipping documentation and verify incoming / outgoing materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

    • Must Have :

  • Previous shipping & receiving experience
  • Forklift experience (required)
  • Experience in an industrial, warehouse, or chemical environment is an asset

    • Blender Operator – Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

  • Blend and prepare chemical products according to established formulas and procedures
  • Safely handle and measure chemical materials
  • Operate blending and production equipment
  • Follow strict safety, quality, and environmental guidelines
  • Document production activities and report any issues or deviations

    • Must Be Aware :

  • This role involves direct handling of chemicals
  • Full training and PPE will be provided by the client to ensure a safe working environment
