Position Summary

We are hiring a Construction Survey Technician to support our field operations across multiple active projects. This position requires accurate surveying services for heavy civil construction, underground utilities, and commercial building work.

Primary Duties

• Provide layout and grade control services for earthwork operations, concrete placements, and utility installations.
• Establish line and grade for excavation teams, pipe installations, and structural work.
• Coordinate with site superintendents and project coordinators on survey requirements and field conditions.
• Maintain accurate survey documentation, progress records, and as-built drawings per project specifications.
• Operate and maintain survey instruments including total stations, GPS equipment, robotic units, and laser leveling systems.
• Adapt to various project environments across our construction divisions.
