Description de posteProvide classroom support to students with a variety of additional needs, including autism, dyslexia, learning difficulties, and physical / sensory impairments Deliver targeted 1 : 1 and small group support based on individual learning plans Help build a positive, inclusive learning environment Work closely with teaching staff, families, and support teams to ensure student progress Experience in a support or educational setting (qualifications are a bonus but not essential) A genuine interest in helping young people with additional needs Strong communication, patience, and adaptability A collaborative, positive approach to teamwork Full-time hours during the school day Ongoing, consistent placements Fast-tracked onboarding DBS costs refunded (terms apply)
