Chemistry. You know exactly how to create it from the moment you pick up the telephone and engage with a sales prospect. You also know how to turn that chemistry into trust; trust that allows you to secure a qualified sales meeting for a 360 Leads

client by making telephone friends with gatekeepers and senior managers, alike.You thrive on delivering results, love to see your name on the leaderboard for your achievements and understand that you form an important part of a team that is wholly focused on ensuring our clients win… and win big. You’ve probably done things just like that over your minimum five-year careers as a professional sales lead generator (sales development representative), ideally in a B2B environment.You have had your share of sales training, computer training and are generally familiar with CRM software applications. Your telephone skills and command of the English language would make the Queen of England proud and your attitude is positive, positive, positive. You understand that working for a B2B sales lead generation company means that our standards are much higher for our team than industry norms – we not only need to say ‘we’re the best’, we need to demonstrate it. There’s no better example than our own team and you welcome the challenge.You’ve set yourself a high bar for client satisfaction through ongoing personal development, exemplary teamwork, incredible organization skills and a ‘no challenge is too much’ attitude, to help our clients win. You’ll join SDR team members that on average have five-years tenure with us, which says volumes about how good they are in generating B2B sales leads.
