Position : Accounting Analyst : 6 Month Contract (possibility of extension).

CACEIS is the asset servicing banking group of Crédit Agricole and Santander dedicated to asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, banks, private equity and real estate funds, brokers and corporate clients. Through offices across Europe, North and South America and Asia.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support our Head of Finance and Accounting.

This role involves

a) assisting with various task of the full accounting cycle

b) managing and working on the automation of manual reporting and tasks

c) assisting with process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and strong excel skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with bookkeeping and financial processes. Help structure and improve accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Assist in full financial reporting.
• Support the preparation and filing of income tax returns in collaboration with tax advisors and auditors.
• Provide backup support to the Head of Finance and Accounting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and enhancement of reporting tools, systems and streamline financial processes in collaboration with the team.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
