Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the day-to‑day maintenance operations of the plant, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, team leadership, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure plant equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in collaboration with technicians and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to maintenance staff.
• Work collaboratively with production supervisors and management to support operational goals.
