We are looking for full time and part time Guest Service Team members. Our GS team members will be responsible for creating a positive guest experience that first begins with a welcoming and genuine greeting to our guests.
You are a critical member of the team and will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to ensure a positive first and last impression.
Our team will always go out of their way to take care of our guest’s special requests. Working with a team first mentality and going above and beyond is something they do proudly.
Duties :
- Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door
- Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
- Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment
- Seat guests and let them know about any features
- Rotate seating between different sections to ensure even workloads for server and bar
service team
- Answer phones politely and schedule reservations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Guest Service Requirements :
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience an asset
- Great welcoming smile
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a
diverse working environment
Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, e-mail, prior knowledge
of POS systems, Opentable, Touch Bistro and Sevenrooms extremely helpful
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all
times
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

- Great with time management and multitasking
- Previous experience in customer service
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to lift, balance and carry a tray of up to 10 pounds
