Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Edmonton Construction & Forestry location.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, including but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory
- Providing for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals
- Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees
- Achieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company
- Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
- Assisting in the management of branch account receivables in conjunctions with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of Operations
- Other duties as assigned

Must be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments key business partners, and customersConfident decision-making skills in regards to financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecastingHigh level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoningMust be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract will be requiredRequired Experience :
