Operations Administrator

As the Supply Chain Operations Administrator (12 month contract) you will be part of a dedicated team based in Kitchener, Ontario and reporting to the Manager, Distribution Operations.

• Support front office administration with mail and shipment coordination

• Order office supplies, check inventory of and order packaging supplies for the office and Distribution Centre operations

• Support Parts Distribution daily order flow with waving, separating and distributing pick tickets hourly for dealer and Mass Retail customers

• Identify and prepare documentation/shipments for Dangerous Goods

• Support Logistics team booking pick-up confirmations for Mass Retail Parts orders

• Regular reporting and status updates on our 24/48 hour on time shipping, Unit Fill Rate, product hold summaries and other Management reports

• Troubleshoot picking errors, shipment and WMS system errors to support on-time customer delivery
