Sr. AP Specialist

About the Opportunity

• Examine incoming invoices to confirm accuracy, proper classification, and correct assignment to the relevant department or business unit

Validate purchase order, receipt, and invoice alignment, and work through any mismatches

Confirm all bills have the necessary approvals and comply with internal authorization standards Disbursement Activities :

Organize and execute scheduled payment batches—including checks, wires, and card payments—for multiple companies

Track payment timelines to ensure obligations are met before deadlines

Review vendor account statements and resolve any issues related to outstanding or misapplied payments Supplier Coordination :

Create and update vendor profiles used across the organization

Liaise directly with suppliers to answer payment questions, resolve concerns, and collect updated documents such as revised banking information

About You

5+ years of full cycle AP experience, supervisory ideal but not required. Manage a junior ap person

Need to own AP function, and being able to manage vendor relationships.

Excel Pivot Tables, vlookups

Netsuite preferred

Salary Range

$80,000 / year
