Want to make an impact? Our awesome client is on the lookout for a rockstar Insurance Customer Service Representative, Personal Lines, to join their super cool team. You'll be working independently, but with a team that’s got your back, helping clients breeze through the insurance process. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a traditional insurance brokerage setting and who knows how to make every client feel like a priority. If you're great at understanding unique needs and offering the perfect solutions that leave clients feeling confident and secure, we want to hear from you!

Key Accountabilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to each client in a timely manner
• Respond to all incoming calls and emails for an assigned book of business
• Manager all aspects of an assigned book of business as a productive team member
• Review and process policy renewals, endorsements and follow ups accurately through company established workflows
• Ensure renewals have adequate coverage to include quoting and remarketing as necessary
• Meet assigned retention targets with the team

Key Qualifications/Attributes

• Must require a RIBO License for all interactions with clients
• Minimum 5+ years experience with personal lines service in an Insurance Brokerage
• Conscientious with a strong attention to detail and high level of organization and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow-up on uncompleted tasks in a timely manner
• Self-starter and collaborative team player
• Able to work in a “paperless” environment
• Working knowledge of Company portals to include Aviva, Travelers, Wawanesa, SGI, etc.
• Experience working with SIGXP and CompuQuote
• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
