Requirements

• Level2 General Insurance License
• 3 years of leadership experience managing a department or branch within the insurance industry
• Proven knowledge in ICBC Commercial (Fleet) and Habitational insurance
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to meet financial and operational goals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for client service and team success
• Highly organized adaptable and committed to continuous learning and development
• Ability to lead and create an inclusive and highly engaged branch
• Ability to speak Punjabi is considered an asset for this branch supporting service to a diverse client community

What We Offer

The expected salary range for this position is $80000 to $95000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits disability insurance RRSP matching paid-time-off benefits and eligible bonuses and commissions for some positions.
