Are you a dynamic and visionary leader with a deep understanding of IP networking and a passion for driving organizational transformation? Do you excel at coaching teams through significant shifts in technology and mindset? We are seeking an experienced Team Manager, Transformation of Core Network Engineering to lead our core IP network provisioning team through a critical evolution.
This is not just a management role; it's a leadership position focused on enabling a fundamental change in how our network is provisioned. You will be responsible for guiding your team from traditional, device‑centric deployment practices, leveraging existing automation pipelines, towards a future where they are actively co‑developing the intent‑based automation tools that power our next‑generation IP network. Your success will be measured by your ability to upskill and empower your team to embrace new technologies and methodologies, ultimately contributing to our journey towards highly autonomous networking.

Salary Range : $110,000-$166,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 20%
