The team at Thunderbird Dental in Langley, BC is looking for a passionate, hard‑working Associate Dentist on a part‑time basis.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed. The ideal candidate is passionate about endodontics and demonstrates strong proficiency in root canal therapy.

Our long‑established, boutique dental office in Walnut Grove is looking to welcome an associate dentist to our team for a 2–3 day per week position.

We serve a loyal, long‑term patient base in a growing community of Walnut Grove, and continue to welcome an average of 60 new patients per month. Our experienced team — with most staff members having been with us for 10–15+ years — contributes to a supportive, family‑like environment that makes both patients and colleagues feel right at home.

The ideal dentist to join our team is passionate about building patient relationships, delivering high‑quality care, enjoys root canal therapy, general procedures, and is a strong communicator who values collaboration within a close‑knit team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to grow with a stable, respected practice that prioritizes patient care and a positive work culture.

What We Are Offering

  • Compensation

    Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35% - 43% collections and higher (depending on experience).

    Schedule

  • 16 – 24 hours per week
  • Wednesday 11 – 7 PM
  • Thursday 9 – 5 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays 8 – 4 PM
  • Flexible days, with opportunities for Tuesday or Friday clinic hours
  • What We Are Looking For

    Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.

    Registered Or In Processing Of Registering With The

    British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals

    Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia

    We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)

    New graduates are welcome!

    Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
