Barrie Ford is currently seeking an Sales Assistant to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.
Purpose / Summary of Position :
Motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Sales Assistant to support our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the daily operations of the sales department, provide exceptional customer service, and help drive sales performance. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the Sales Manager and sales consultants.

Key Accountabilities & Objectives :
Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience from the moment they enter the dealershipSupport sales consultants in preparing vehicles for test drives, managing paperwork, and following up with customersInventory Management :Help monitor and maintain vehicle inventory, including arranging for detailing and ensuring vehicles are showroom-readyAssist in preparing and processing sales documentation, including contracts, financing paperwork, and DMV formsInput and update customer and sales data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timelinessCoordinate test drives, sales appointments, and meetings between customers and sales consultantsAssist in organizing and executing sales events, promotions, and marketing campaignsMaintain clear and consistent communication with the sales team, customers, and other departments within the dealershipAssist in onboarding new sales consultants by providing them with necessary tools, information, and supportPrepare sales and performance reports for review by the Sales ManagerSpecial Requirements :
