Description de posteCreates finished application training videos in English and Spanish. Bakes for test evaluations and customer presentations. Develops new applications and recipes to meet specific customers and company requirements. Creates and maintains new product recipes in the computer system accurately. Conducts product demonstrations to internal and external customers as needed. Provides pastry / bakery decoration training to R&D Bakery Team. Provides innovative and creative suggests for project ideations. Able to lift ingredients and equipment (20 KG) Maintains a clean and organized workstation. Maintains lab cleanliness and sanitation program. Conducts general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned. Supports all food safety initiatives i.e. BRC, HACCP, GMPs, Allergens Diploma in Baking or Pastry Arts or equivalent industry experience. Excellent computer skills. Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision. Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Ability to work with imperial and metric measurement conversions. Dedicated and dependable to creating new innovations while meeting customer restrictions. Travelling is required Collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals. Ensures key information is communicated to the correct people in a timely manner. Makes clear and well-organized presentations. Learns quickly and has the ability to retain new information. Manages and completes tasks while meeting deadlines. Suggests new ways to meet customer requirements and improve quality while achieving customer capabilities. Maintains knowledge of the latest bakery and pastry trends.

This position is for an existing vacancy with a compensation range of $65,000-$85,000.
