Nanny Wanted - Regular Monday Night Shifts To Cover Bedtime With A 5 Year Old

Job Overview :

I’m looking for an occasional nanny to watch my 3 year old toddler after preschool (11 : 30) during the work week. We’d need you from 11 : 30 to 2 : 30 every Thursday and other days when I have appointments or work meetings scheduled in the afternoon. They’re not regular appointments, but I can usually give you a couple of weeks notice of when they’ll be. We’re in south Oak Bay close to a few different bus options. Pay is $20-$25 depending on your experience and credentials.

My daughter’s been at home with me since she was born, but just started preschool this fall. She’s on the quieter side, loves imaginative play, crafts, and walking down to the ocean just down the street. She’s just getting used to playing with other kiddos, but gets along well with adults and can be quite chatty once you get to know her.

Services And Training :

We'd like someone experienced with potty training and gentle parenting (parenting centred around understanding, empathy and respect. IE, no spanking, time outs, shaming behaviour etc.) Our daughter is pretty good with going to the bathroom when she's reminded to, but we definitely still need to remind her and wipe.

Payment :

$20-$25 / hour depending on your credentials.
