Job Title : PM Shift Production Assembler Job Description

Join our team as a PM Shift Production Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in manufacturing high-quality medical devices. This position involves working in a fast-paced production line and occasionally in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to complete production orders on a fast-paced line.
• Train across 12 production stations over a period of 2-3 months.
• Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools.
• Work both independently and alongside team members at assembly stations.
• Ensure smooth workflow to prevent bottlenecks in production.
• Work in a cleanroom environment, standing for entire shifts while labeling and sealing products.
• Adhere to strict cleanliness and safety protocols in the cleanroom.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and diverse, with a casual dress code. Pride in building high-quality products is evident among the hardworking and focused team. The cleanroom has strict protocols against cosmetics and jewelry. The production floor consists of about 60 team members, working Monday to Friday from 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 00 AM. Please note that no eating, drinking, or use of phones is allowed on the production line.

The pay range for this position is $21.71 - $21.71 / hr.
