Green Tag Equipment is looking for an experienced Automotive Tech / Shop Supervisor to take ownership of our shop operations in Edmonton. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced rental environment. We’re looking for someone who is efficient, organized, and takes pride in keeping equipment rental‑ready and moving.

What we’re looking for :

Strong experience with diesel‑powered equipment (generators a major asset)
Background in equipment rental
Ownership mindset — treats the shop and fleet like their own
Efficient, organized, and calm under pressure
Strong troubleshooting and decision‑making skills

The role :

Lead daily shop workflow and priorities

Service and prepare rental equipment for deployment

Maintain fleet readiness, documentation, and shop organization

Set expectations for quality, turnaround, and accountability
