HEALTH CARE AIDE (HCA)

As a valued member of our HCA team, you will provide direct care to residents in accordance with policies, procedures and work routines. This position is for our Extendicare Red River Place Home, located in Selkirk, Manitoba.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support residents in participating in activities of daily living (e.g., dressing, bathing, toileting, personal grooming & mobility).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Ensure that care is provided according to the person’s wishes, preferences and care plan.
