Our client, a major legal firm, is looking to hire a , Legal Assistant Business Law - for the downtown Montreal office.

Responsibilities
- Diary management and meeting coordination;
- Invoicing (including ebilling);
- Time entries;
- Contact management in Interaction;
- Follow-up of correspondence and emails;
- Opening files;
- Telephone communications with customers;
- Updating documents and presentations;
- Formatting and correcting large documents;
- Travel coordination;
- Managing expenses;
- Filing and archiving files;
Qualifications
Diploma of Vocational Secondary Studies (DVS) or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in
- office automation, with legal specialization;
- 3 to 10 years' experience in legal secretarial work;
- Mastery of Word (advanced functions) and very good knowledge of the MsOffice suite;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and French;
- Excellent skills and interest in diary management and administrative support;
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work quickly;
- Excellent initiative, sense of responsibility and resourcefulness;
- Reliability, professionalism, punctuality, team spirit, discretion;
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously, deal with emergencies and prioritise tasks;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
Willingness to work overtime when required.
