Qualifications

• Educational Assistant Certificate or Diploma
• Able to understand / support Social, LA, Math, and Sciences Grades 7–12 including 30‑1 levels

Responsibilities / Requirements

Employee is expected to work with behaviours related / associated with conduct, obsessive / compulsive, trauma and stress related, severe chronic depressive, feeding and / or eating disorders etc. Other behaviours related to ADHD, emotional / behavioural, learning and speech & language‑related disabilities, etc may be encountered.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a Criminal Reference Check and a Vulnerable Sector Check. FMCSD will contact past and present employers for references. All FMCSD employees are expected to be computer literate; this includes fluency with e‑mail, Internet and MS Office.
