By joining Reliance as a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership and execute initiatives to stimulate organic lead generation, while devising growth strategies for expansion into new geographical markets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and manage sales budget including profit and loss, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to the company management team.
- Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize lead opportunities for the service technicians and installers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to efficiently identify, recruit, and hire qualified candidates.
Skills, Experience and Education Required :
Business degree or equivalent working experienceDemonstrated success as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.5-10 years of sales leadership in business-to-consumer sales experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation and training skills to all levels.Possess innovative market development skillsConfidence in leading and guiding a diverse team.Must maintain a valid driver's license and clear driver abstract.Strong project management skillsFlexibility and adaptability; high capacity to work in and lead an evolving organization; establishing new processes, etc.Why Reliance?
