Description de posteConstruction Willing to relocate Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Coordinate the flow of information within the team Open and distribute mail and other materials Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments Manage contracts Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Respond to employee questions and complaints Order office supplies and maintain inventory Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Provide customer service Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions Maintain and manage digital database Supervise office and volunteer staff 1 to 2 people First Aid Certificate Google Docs MS Excel MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Word Adobe Acrobat Reader Google Drive Electronic mail Business Reports and records Willing to travel regularly Valid driver's licence Public transportation is not available Ability to work independently Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Work with minimal supervision Ability to multitask Flexibility Judgement Organized Team player Accurate Time management Accountability Quick learner Free parking available Learning / training paid by employer a permanent resident of Canada a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
