Business Development Manager –Competitive Salary – Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC

The Role

We are a recognized leader in global food supply chain integrity management, looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to grow our customer base. Day to day you will identify new sales leads, pitching a company’s goods and services and building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

The key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include, but are not limited to :

  • Establish relationships and secure contract with new suppliers and customers
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Prospect for new customers
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria
  • Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements
  • Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers
  • Draft and deliver proposals
  • Costing analysis
  • Work with technical and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
