Surepoint is currently seeking experienced Journeymen for a Lead / Foreman role at our Nisku branch.

The applicant must have a focus on safety, cost control, and client satisfaction. Attention to detail, professionalism, courtesy, physical ability to meet job demands, initiative, and good judgment are essential. Willingness to travel and work extended shifts is required.

Qualifications and Responsibilities :

• Enforce safety policies, conduct safety meetings, ensure PPE use
• Plan electrical work based on blueprints and specifications
• Supervise electricians and apprentices
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations
• Monitor productivity and quality
• Maintain records of materials, labor, and progress
• Troubleshoot electrical issues
• Assist in estimating costs
• Mentor less experienced electricians
• Coordinate with project teams
• Read blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam Revu is an asset
• Ability to work away from home and perform physical tasks
