Nanny Wanted - Part Time Nanny / Household Manager And Babysitting Opportunities In Kingston West End

Hello! We are a two-physician family with two boys, ages five and under one (born July 2025) living in the Kingston West End. Our older son is in school with Before & After care, and our plan is to enrol our younger son in daycare around 12 months, however given the nature of our work and our schedules we are looking for help with mornings and back-up / occasional childcare.

Specifically, we are looking for individuals to fill either of the following roles :

1) Part-time nanny / household manager

• 2-3 hours per day, Monday to Friday
• Start time 6 : 30-7am (negotiable)
• Main responsibilities...
• caring for younger son prior to daycare opening and then dropping him off at daycare (must have own vehicle; we would provide car seat)
• tidying up kitchen (e.g. unloading / loading dishwasher, wiping down countertops, quick vacuum)
• light meal prep (e.g. washing / chopping vegetables, baking muffins from mix)
• folding laundry
• other small household tasks (e.g. putting away groceries from drop-off order)
• Additional availability to provide occasional full day childcare if either child is sick and unable to attend school / daycare would be considered an asset

2) Babysitter for occasional evenings and weekend days

Our current nanny / household manager, who has been wonderful and worked with us for over three years, is unfortunately leaving at the end of April to provide childcare for her own family. We are therefore looking for someone available to start in May or June 2026.
