INTERNSHIP Customer Service Representative (4 months)

Sika Canada Inc. Internship Program is looking for collaborative results-oriented candidates with strong critical thinking and communication skills. The internship is designed to give you an understanding of how safety is driven at a company who prioritizes safety first and has a strong safety culture.

During the internship you will be exposed to various aspects of customer service management. You will develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide a solid foundation to build a career in the construction material manufacturing.

Duration : 4 Months Internship (May 1st to August 30th 2026)

Overview :   Under the mandate of the Logistic Coordinator at Brantford facility a Customer Service Representative is responsible for :

• Processing customer orders in SAP
• Coordinating with Logistics Production and Inventory Planning to ensure that customers receive their products on-time.
• Communicating regularly with Sales Representatives in each target market to support customer needs.
• Supporting existing accounts and maintaining a strong relationship with key contacts.

Support Sikas Customer Service department by participating in projects or initiatives identified by the site. This could include :
