Description de postePatrol sensitive areas (interior / exterior) to deter and detect suspicious activity. Manage access control and identity verification for secure zones. Respond promptly to alarms, site codes, and incidents; take appropriate action to stabilize situations. Monitor and verify proper operation of protection systems (CCTV, alarms), and conduct on-site checks. De-escalate conflicts professionally and maintain order while upholding property rules and by-laws. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders during serious incidents. Communicate clearly via radio and in person with clients, visitors, and team members. Document incidents, observations, and actions taken through accurate reports and logs. Perform proactive patrols and lock / unlock routines to maintain safety and security MB Security Guard licence (or eligible) and legal right to work in Canada. Security / protective services or high-volume customer service in an asset Access control & ID verification; clear radio communication. Strong situational awareness; rapid response to alarms / codes; confident de-escalation. Solid report writing (incident / DAR / maintenance); basic CCTV / alarm / access-control proficiency. Fit for patrols (standing / walking / stairs); available nights / weekends / holidays; professional with clients and emergency services.

We have two different locations in Steinbach and Winkler, Manitoba.
