About the Role

Our Accounting Technicians support the finance group by encompassing a wide variety of tasks to ensure accounting processes operate smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle of accounts receivable responsibilities
• Preparing monthly rent rolls and Deposit slips
• Banking responsibilities, including monthly bank reconciliations
• The position also offers the opportunity to take on various projects as assigned

Qualifications

• DEP in Accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent (an asset)
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, using accounting software
• Knowledge of real estate and or real estate software is a plus
• Must be bilingual (French and English)
