Please note: This position will require the ability to lift, move, and deliver heavy home goods (50+ pounds) in addition to providing best-in-class customer service and sales services.

A Day In The Life Of a Delivery Specialist

• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Support retail operations by maintaining merchandising and store upkeep.
• Deliver best-in-class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes.
• General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers onsite.

What We Are Looking For

• Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods.
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Some experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history).
