Operations Supervisor

Overview

Bartech Staffing is a leading engineering, technical and professional staffing firm. Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Operations Supervisor (Windsor, Ontario) .

Hourly pay range $36.00 - $38.94. On-Site. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel to the United States for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unionized workforce on daily operational duties
• Daily data collection, analysis and presentation of reports
• Financial reporting on operations
• Vehicle production upfits for MOPAR and Windsor Assembly Plant
• Ergonomic and Environmental system audits
• Health and safety programs
• Development of new programs including bid packages and process development
• Engineering support for existing and new programs
• Implementation of new technologies
• Compile presentations and speak in front of large audiences
