Real Estate Operations Analyst III
Our client, a large multinational insurance company, is looking for an Analyst for an initial 18-month contract. This role is hybrid in office in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities :
- Management portfolio reporting
- Workforce performance reporting
- Request-for-proposal ("RFP")
- Ad hoc reporting and operating activities as required
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate
- Strong communication skills
- Strong financial analysis experience
- Knowledge of Yardi, Power BI, Tableau, an asset
- Advanced or expert knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of concepts related to leasing, building expenses, and capital expenditures will be an asset
- Knowledge of Yardi Accounting System and Power BI
