Description :

Barista Duties : Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to recipes and café standards; Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment; Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and speed of service; Take customer orders, process payments, and manage customer interactions with professionalism and hospitality; Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee bar; Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, and supplies, reporting shortages to management; Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines for all drink preparation areas. and other Baking Duties and General duties in the coffee shop.

Qualifications :

• prior food service experience, particularly handling a busy rush, would be ideal, it’s not required. What we’re really looking for is someone quick, able to multitask, and with a positive, upbeat attitude. Early morning and late-night availability will be needed. Ideally, this person will also have a genuine passion for coffee and desserts, along with general knowledge of different diets such as keto, vegan, and common food allergies.
