Job Summary : We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cocktail recipes, a flair for creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a mixologist, you will craft unique beverages, maintain bar inventory, and ensure a welcoming and exceptional atmosphere for guests.

Hiring 5-6 Fulltime Mixologist Positions

Key Responsibilities :

• Beverage Preparation : Create and serve a wide range of speciality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and flair.
• Following Recipes : Create speciality curated drinks with amazing ingredients according to the recipe guide and guest preference.
• Preparing Ingredients : Prepping all necessary ingredients needed for specially cocktails and other beverages.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional and personal service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with their beverage selections.
• Bar Management : Maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training : Assist in training and mentoring junior bartenders and bar staff on mixology techniques and best practices.
• Event Support : Collaborate with the team to plan and execute beverage service for special events and promotions.
• Sales Promotion : Upsell specialty cocktails and other beverages to enhance guest experiences and boost sales.
