Recruitment, Integration, and Retention
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate activities related to recruitment, onboarding, and retention. Ensure internal and external postings.
- Implement innovative strategies to attract local and international talent.
Training
Coordinate training and skills development programs to support key business needs and strategies.
Labor Relations
Provide advisory support on issues related to human resources management and labor relations for unionized employees.Participate in the management of disciplinary files, administrative measures, and performance.Enforce labor and CNESST standards, health and safety requirements, the psychological and sexual harassment prevention policy, the pay equity policy, and other legal obligations.Communication and Mobilization
Draft and update various internal documents and communications.Be responsible for organizing special events (social activities, etc.) and the employee recognition program.Ensure the dissemination of human resources‑related content on social media in order to promote internal initiatives and strengthen the employer brand.Employee Services and Administration

Skills and Qualifications
University degree in human resources management or a related field, combined with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Member in good standing of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (an asset).Proficiency in payroll software and human resources information systems (Nethris, HRIS).Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to advise, support, and act as an agent of change.Global vision of business management, ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into concrete projects.Ability to work independently and ease in performing an advisory role.Experience in a unionized workplace.Fluency in French, both spoken and written.Assets
