Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Analyst (Functional) 2 / Analyste commercial (fonctionnel) 2 to join their team. As a Business Analyst (Functional) 2 / Analyste commercial (fonctionnel) 2, you will be part of the support team working across multiple projects. What's the Job?

• Analyze, document, and validate business requirements from business users and function specification requirements using interviews, document analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
• Refine requirements through critical evaluation techniques to ensure clarity and completeness.
• Document process flows for current and proposed processes, workflows, and data flows to support project development.
• Prepare use cases, create, and define test plans and test cases to facilitate quality assurance.
• Act as an interface between business and technical teams, translating technical and business requirements effectively.

What's Needed?

• Experience as a Salesforce user, demonstrating familiarity with the platform's functionalities.
• Knowledge of Monday.com and Google Workspace to support project management and collaboration.
• Strong documentation skills, including process documentation and building presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus to facilitate communication across diverse teams.
