We are looking for students eager to dive into the world of corporate to join our team at Novartis Canada. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support BPA in the preparation of KPIs that drive the business (Radar screen demand)

• Support commercial efforts in running scenarios in Market Models for the different brands

• Support the Central BPA activities including but not limited to cost center analysis FTE planning cost allocations

• Update the sales landing model and work with BPA team to gather inputs

• Special projects along the summer to help us automate and develop processes aimed at making work more efficient

Essential Requirements:

• Undergraduate business student with exposure to finance

• Strong analytical skills developed through other internship experiences with an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication skills and maturity to interact across different levels of the organization
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• Ability to challenge the status quo and ask the right questions
