Oracle HCM Developer

Job Description

The Oracle HCM Developer is responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role supports ongoing operations, enhancements, integrations, reporting, and issue resolution across Core HR, Recruiting / ORC, and other related HCM modules.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical capability with a solid understanding of HR processes, ensuring high‑quality, secure and scalable solutions that support business transformation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

• Design, configure, and extend Oracle HCM using tools such as HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BIP / OTBI reporting, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL (Spreadsheet Loader) and HCM REST APIs.
• Develop enhancements aligned with best practices—including Redwood UX transitions, Guided Processes, and configuration-driven changes.
• Help build out embedded self‑service and AI solutions within Oracle HCM.

Core Competencies

This is a regular, full‑time position with a salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
